Product descriptions:
We takes every care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it
Delivery
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:
Orders for delivery to mainland UK will be charged at £2.99 as standard. International orders will be charged at £6.99.
UK: Please allow up to ten working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be despatched. Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to offer a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on Bank Holidays. International: Delivery will take longer, so please allow a minimum of 15 working days.
Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order.
Unsuccessful Deliveries:
Our deliveries are made via Royal Mail, and will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to give instructions such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'leave in garage.' After any unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot. They will then hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to HENCH UK. If Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.

Returns
Returning Goods:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply notify us in writing at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Return the item(s) to us at the address below, unused and in their original, resalable condition within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International customers.) We reserve the right to refuse returns of items received after this period or where it is apparent that the product has been washed or worn repeatedly. Please supply clear documentation stating whether you require an exchange or refund. Please allow up to five working days from receipt of a return for the replacement goods to be dispatched. All refunds will be as per the original method of payment. Please allow three working days from our receipt for a refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Upon receiving this email, please allow up to 10 working days for it to reflect on your account. This time frame is dictated by and dependent upon your card provider. If you are returning an item to us to be exchanged, you are responsible for the return postage costs. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will refund the return postage costs to the card you used to make the order with.

It is imperative that you quote your name, address and date of purchase in all correspondence. We recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail Registered post service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for you records, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.

Complaints:
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any complaints or comments regarding our service.
Force Majeure:
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as ‘act of God’, riots, civil commotion, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customers’ liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges. Any information displayed on our website(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our website is updated regularly.
